Not my most favorite Asian dessert, but blog-worthy enough. Last night I watched Top Chef's Dale go down with Halo-Halo being one of his dishes. So sad. For those who don't know.. this is a popular Filipino dessert consisting of shaved ice, condensed milk, beans, and fruit.
